Sabrina Randhawa

Hi there, I’m Sabrina! I’m so glad you’re here and considering taking the next step in your therapy journey. I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #22723) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, and I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree at Yorkville University.

I am a relational therapist who works from a trauma-informed, client-centered, and attachment-based lens. I recognize how past experiences and relationships shape our emotional well-being and sense of self. As a South Asian woman, I integrate my lived experiences and cultural insights to support clients navigating the complexities of cross-cultural dynamics and expectations. I primarily work with young adults who are facing these challenges, experiencing anxiety or depression, adjusting to life changes, or exploring their identity and personal growth.

In therapy, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe that a genuine and trusting connection is essential for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely. My integrative approach combines evidence-based methods such as IFS, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, all tailored to your unique needs. If you’d like to learn more, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.

When I’m not in the therapist’s chair, I enjoy long walks in nature, reading, and spending quality time with loved ones and my two dogs, Frankie and Milo.
